Tauto: I'm think I know this one but could be off the beaten track. So,I'll wait and see what happens but it sounds familiar.

Cavalary: According to a search result, should be familiar to you, yep.
Interesting move by morolf when posting the question though :)
Didn't do any search, all from memory. I have now two possibilities, that could be relevant.
morolf's idea might/would just prolong the solution and for me and most others,it would mean starting a game and getting to that situation and then copying the full text and that would ruin the game. So,let's not make it too hard for all and we don't want Google searches.

HappyPunkPotato: Sure I recognise this one, is it Fallout 2? Can't remember the context if it is though.
Yes! There are those annoying abolitionists who ask you what you think about slavery, and "Some of my best friends are slavers" is one of the possible answers.
Ok, your turn.
Knew it was something like that, couldn't stop thinking of Jacob in Broken Hills asking what you think about mutants though. Here's my one then:

C'mon, bust out some moves!
You're rippin'!
Hmmm... Metronomicon?
Nope! It's a PS1 game, here's a couple more quotes:

Wicked air!
Sick move!

A tony Hawk game, perhaps?
Very warm but not quite.

Hint.
If you'd played it much you'd almost certainly remember those quotes being shouted at you along with "Medic!" every time you crashed, maybe nobody here has played it.

Think of a Tony Hawk type game without Tony Hawk, released in 1999, and you'll be on the right road.

You could be right and if no one can get the game then in a couple of days, reveal answer and have another go.

I think you should post solution and continue.
I was literally about to press the "Post my message" button when I noticed the purple forum replies dot and though I'd better check if someone got it right ha ha ha!

The answer is Street Skater:

Here's a new one from a much more popular game:

"However, such phenomena do not appear to happen to just anyone. Although it's not clear why, adolescents, especially girls, are prone to such occurrences."

If you search for it the answer will come up so don't do that :-D
Acne? Unexpected pregnancies? :-p

Just kidding.
I somehow have the idea this game must be japanese. I'll go with Persona
