Anyone else get sore wrists and hands after an hour or so on the computer? This has (had) been a big problem for me for quite a while. Assuming it is carpal tunnel or just a repetitive strain injury. Anyway, I used this wrap I found on the internet and it helped. No more pain for me :) I am just so happy to be on again with no constraints to how long I could. Wanted to share the info as I am assuming this is quite common (?). It was called BFST. Anyone else try it?

The burden of choice
yeah...too easy.
That is the last time poor Maizie will ever start a thread like this in here. :P
Not sure if this is a wind up but if not, it does help if you are resting your mouse controlling wrist on a soft surface (i.e. a sofa if using a laptop). If it is a wind up then...just do a google search for sore wrists and you'll get all the entertainment you need :)
Hover your hands above your mouse and keyboard instead of "resting/pushing" up against them. It's all in the technique.

You mean he is George Wanker Bush?
Poor guy, not a single person showed empathy for him.
Bad goggers, bad! :P

Sorry to hear about your situation, however, I tried this rap and it helped.

Indeed. But who has time for empathy, when there's an opportunity to make jokes about masturbation... ?!
Serious Answer:

For the keyboard - use a dense foam wrist rest or a gel wrist rest if you prefer. Make sure it's the same height as you keyboard.

Replace your mouse / touchpad with a thumb operated trackball. There are a few options:
Logitec M570
A used Microsoft Trackball Optical
Sanwa MA-TB39
Elecom M-XT1URBK

I personally use an old wired Logitec thumb trackball. You could buy one too, but they're expensive.
I've also had a sore wrist but I didn't pay attention to its agony and just kept playing.
Nowadays I think my wrist is more resistant than the feed of a hobbit :D
It's all about the persistence.
My only enemy remains the desk with it's edges as sharp as a shark tooth.
