Darklands.....

It's a love and hate relationship with that game for me..... Some of the best and the worst moments are from that game.

Yes .. Same way for me. I liked the old (cga) Tank game .. The graphics wasn't much, but it was fun after one got used to playing it. :)

My favorite Micorpors games:

1.) UFO: Enemy Unknown
2.) Transport Tycoon
3.) Civilization
4.) Worms 2
5.) Dark Earth

Dark Earth is a super atmospheric action adventure in a nicely fleshed out post-apocalyptic world, it has that special French something that French games have. A forgotten classic, highly recommended.

Yes, Those all were good. Actually, I think most of the MicroProse games were good. I'm going to make up a huge list later on. Right now I'm am really tried. I've been up a huge number of hours. *Yawn*

Still one of the best games in its genre! This also reminds me that this game had a Steam re-release already but never came to GOG for some reason or another.

Still waiting hopefully for Gunship 2000, I played the hell out of it in my youth (I never got any good, btw). I hope when it's released here it will come with the Islands & Ice expansion, I missed it back then.

Yes, that was one of my favorites to. I can't remember now if it was f117 or gunship that I was playing, when I flew by some mountains and noticed climbers on the side of one of the the mountains. Night fighting around an airport was pretty cool.

I played a lot of those old games on an old cga dos 8088 machine. Later I graduated up to a used Tandy 286 and added a vga & sound card. I had a bunch of machines after that, even a used Amiga. MP games were always at the top of my list.

HereForTheBeer .. Remember them all well.

LVEB .. I added to the wishlist - #68 :)

AndreMop .. Yup, I remember those to.

If you folks get a chance, please vote for hyperspeed & gunship 2000.
