§pectre: Yes it is very popular with the mentally disadvantaged and the numerous grifters willing to take advantage of them.
I used to hate it too until recently. After seeing numerous videos on youtube, it seems like its just a building game, and one that can yield many fun stories when played with friends. What harm can there be from something that's just a level editor?
