What a goddamned mess.

Whatever the outcome, I really hope that it does not cause any problems for Grimoire. I personally don't see a problem with both existing concurrently, however, if this other group was doing that specifically to make Cleve's thing go away...

I wonder when chapter 3 will come out...

I think we need to worry if and when chapter 1 comes out let alone anything else..:)

Cleve would have most likely postponed the release of Grimoire in anycase. It seems to me, that there's no real, concrete release of the game coming out anytime soon.

I am surprised the lawyer even commented and to comment in the way he did seems very strange. To accuse Cleve of committing a crime for what he has done would almost certainly be unprofessional conduct in Australia. The comments from the lawyer, whilst enjoyable to read, seem quite unseemly.

The drama is at least interesting, i guess. It looks like this kickstarter isn't going to get funding anyway.

Also, Cleve thinks you can get Hexen on gog. I wish. I guess its fairly obvious to everyone that he just shoots his mouth off without thinking anyway.

"VideoGameAttorney" claims that the "cyber bullying here has actually escalated to the point of a crime", proceeds to call Cleve "universally hated" and a troll

Sounds legit.

I work for a living. I don't run dry. I just forego sleep and get paid more.

Eye literally twitched at the fact that the attorney and Cleve are now fighting via Kickstarter comments.
Cleve said: "The name was never appropriate for your game to begin with and was a poor choice for a game in this genre."
