I just started the game and something feels really weird. I'm 99% certian that it's not an input lag or anything like that.

When I stop pressing a movement key after using it, the player charecter keeps moving in that direction for few seconds as if I keep pressing it. It's really strange and uncomortable.

Is it supposed to be like this ?

Note: I have the Steam version if it matters anything.

Let's say I'm running forward and want to stop. I stop pressing the key but I keep running for few more seconds. It's to long to be an imput or visual lag problem, I think it's the game itself and I just want to know if it's normal.

Are you sure its not a gameplay mechanic, I have seen games where if your running then it takes a second or two to stop, as per real life. Especially if your playing a sniper, as you wouldn't be running around the place.

Zombie Army 3 aka Nazi Zombie Army 3 have lag issues even in singleplayer on PC. I'm a big fan of the first two games in the series, zombie sniper games with a fantastic 80´s or earlier zombies feel but the third ones engine iteration (It's the same as Sniper Elite 3.) lags or something horrible for some even in singleplayer.
I don't know why but the lag/delay/missed hitboxes or whatever you want to call it made me stop playing the third one quite early.

Throwing this out here in case you actually mean the latest game in the series or if you recognise the symptons and it might be a engine quirk.

I have played the Steam version of Sniper Elite. This is definitely not how the game behaved for me. No idea sadly what causes this, I'd contact support to get some help with this issue.

I am experiencing the same problem. I was running Windows 8.1 and Sniper Elite through Steam. Everything was working fine. I then upgraded to Windows 10, reinstalled Steam and reinstalled the games. I now have the same problem that the player keeps moving forward after I release the forward key. The player also appears to be more sluggish than before. I have tried different graphics settings and have run the game under various compatibility modes - but no luck.

IIRC that's just how the movement is, if you're moving really fast. The original Sniper Elite has really weird movement. Hmm, ok maybe I'm wrong.

I just finished playing this on steam. Noticed no lag here, just assassinated bormann.
