Why are gog downloads so slow. I've checked diagnositics,done ping test etc. My download speed is 10-15 mb/s. But with gog.com downloader,max is 2.1 mb/s and sometimes in kb range. im not having this problem with any other site. I have the most up to day gog downloader. i have windows vista and per documentation you need windows 7 or better to use gog galaxy (and actually i prefer to download and keep all my games). so what is the delay? gog.com upload speeds?

No idea, but I find the DL speeds are periodically really slow. Maybe a lot of traffic due to the sale is clogging up te pipes?

Point of note: you can do that with Galaxy as well.

You sure it's only in gOg you're having issues?

Yesterday same, very slow.
website slow, i cant reply most of times cause the laoder gif keeps turning but reply isnt send.

Ziggo , seems almost everyone in our country is using it, maybe they are messing up?
anyway i am gonna see how fast the other sites are, gamersgate, steam, and a few shops like bol dot com
