I love the smell of pipe smoke, but I'm actually fairly certain I've NEVER smoked a pipe. I will have a cigar or three during the course of the year when the mood strikes me, and have a funny dog / cigar story.

I think to smoke a pipe, you need a permit that involves permanent possession of round eyeglasses, a knit vest and a beard / mustache combination. Added points for one of those flat caps as well.

Enjoy the snow day! I'll be spending it trapped, making a gravy and some braciole. Maybe even some daytime video gaming before I venture out to clean up later. God I hate wet snow.

Animated? Live action? Feature film? Short? Theatrical release? Impossible to answer but I`ll give you one of the most underrated movies: The Great Mouse Detective!

Everybody knows about Little Mermaid and the following Disney Renaissance but GMD is a little under appreciated. Without the success of that movie the Renaissance never happens. But enough of boring historical background Vincent Price makes GMD a real winner. Great performance as the big bad, the man was having balls of fun and it simply shows, one of my favorite Disney villains. I even love his villain songs. Very, very, very, loosely based on some children books GMD is a fun Sherlock Holmes version for all ages. Sadly no foxes with blue hair appear in the movie but the Burlesque Dancer mouse has a cute blue outfit while singing “I`ll take off all my blues”. Oh la la, that simply must be easy sleasy enough for everybody :-D

LOL I think I meant less than in a hipster vogue way, and more "stodgy old professor" or "New England salt" kind of way. Sort of like this guy. Probably not a bad pipe smoking beer either come to think of it.

Assuming yer in the Northeast getting the same storm we had Sunday / Monday, hopefully it's a dry snow like we had. I was also expecting the worst, the temperature being close to freezing and all, but was pleasantly surprised by the powdery stuff.

As for the question regarding pipes, personally I find it difficult to think that associating yourself with tobacco use is a good look for anyone in this day and age, but a few decades ago men (but not women) could indeed 'rock smokin' pipes'.
