How to obtain the HD pack for the GOG version? I dont see it as a dlc....

What's sold here is the latest graphically upgraded version. The texture pack from 2012 doesn't apply to it.

Though there are tools to extract the textures and recode or lower them... I think i had all mine at 2k in my skyrim for ramdrive reasons, which the game looked perfectly fine...

Forget about that ancient pack. That pack is for the LE 32bit version and NOT for Skyrim SE 64bit.
Instead, look towards something more recent for the SE version, like this f.ex: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/29885?tab=description
