Personally i don't update my windows machines, as i've lost trust with MS for a long time. The only reason Windows is on my computer is for games, however for my main machine that i don't/can't game with anymore, once it fails it's getting a distro of GNU/Linux, and i'll probably be a lot happier with it...

Of course i might just pull out my 2005 computer and use that instead, i think it still has XP on it... Although far more likely i'll reinstall with that too...

Safe that its not Spyware. Besides I need a laptop anyway and I wanna see what Windows 10 is like without upgrading my desktop.

Microevil (yes; that's what I call them now :)) is just desperate. They know that people had seen through their lies and deceits. The biggest security risk; Trojan, malware, etc is themselves. Monopoly is Undemocratic! People, countries and companies will move on to other OS and save their money.

For me personally: I will not pay them subscription fees (you know they're coming) to use their OS.

Sigh.

Mickeysoft has gone down the drain, and that new 'boss' is a real pain in the rear.
The beauty of it all is the fact that even this os will never be free or safe from hackers or whatever cause the whole thing called windows is a security leak.
