Impaler26: ZOOM Platform is another DRM-Free store.
Hey, they have Overlord II and the original GRID. The latter was removed from GOG, the former I don't think was ever released here. Interesting!
This ZOOM Platform store looks interesting but they have a lot of work to put into that website.

They:
- don't have filters
- don't mention other games of a series on a game's page
- have no Linux versions (as far as I could tell with the limited search option available)
- don't have trailers or screenshots of any kind (doesn't this bother anyone else?)
- use a wrapper? ("The ZOOM Platform's own "Wrapper Technology" is applied to every game we offer.")
- don't accept refunds? (I don't see a refund policy mentioned anywhere)
- are working on rebooting MegaRace and porting the trilogy? (Announced in 2014, no further updates beyond releasing a MegaRace Reboot Soundtrack album in 2016)

At first glance you might say it's a newly born GOG taking it's first baby steps but something about it just seems off.
Take a look at their news posts in the last 2 years.... almost all of it is nonsense. Their release posts are one sentence long, containing zero information about the game, and a trailer. Their other news seem like they're just twitter posts, but worse.

They also sell the Duke Nukem games with 3DRealms mentioned as distributor...
Is Zoom really legit?
Interesting thread. This could be invaluable to some people here.
I just noticed that they have Driftmoon filed with Win/Mac/Linux support, is this some bug or real?

I think it's exactly the same as what it says on the devs site- runs on Linux using Wine and on Mac with Crossover Games (whatever those things are).

nightcraw1er.488: Cool, thanks. Hadn't heard of this one. Website looks a bit awful, but I see ascension to the throne there which I got off strategyfirst (another store I used before they went all steam key only), but no ATTT Valkyrie. Shame. Will have a good look through later.

Impaler26: They have a few nice games not available on GOG so it's worth checking their store.
And you don't have to buy a game if you wanna try how things work, just create an account and add one of their free games like Death Rally to it. ;)
wait, the site is a bit confusing for me (layout and info)
all stuff in store are supposed to be drm free ? or games that are drm free have an additional mention/tag about it ?

because i saw games there that aint available anywhere else drm free

also: on gamersgate.com they have a few drmfree games too, long ago i bought a drm free version of crusader kings 2 there, as well as a crystal quest too
I haven't seen that available for a while:
https://www.zoom-platform.com/#store-the-i-of-the-dragon
Finished and enjoyed it some years ago (physical copy).

I'll definitely take a closer look at FireFlower and Zoom now.

Lifthrasil: What ZOOM is missing though is a forum. Or am I too stupid to find it?
What ZOOM is missing is Linux support. Several games there are available on Linux, but not at ZOOM.

Yep, all games at ZOOM are DRM-Free:

The site-layout is indeed not great but so far i bought 1 game there and downloading and installing worked just fine.

I think if their user base grows and enough people demand Linux support, they will offer it eventually.

Yes, but you want to be careful with that, the base grew here and demanded things like client and InDev.
I want to thank everyone for their replies. I really appreciate it. Off to explore the new sites and buy new games! Thank you everyone!!!

Grargar: There is also Playism, which is the official store of Active Gaming Media (publishers of games like Astebreed, La-Mulana and Momodora: Reverie Under the Moonlight), who have quite a few games DRM-Free that are not available on GOG (like Dreadout, NightCry and One Way Heroics), but note that they do have Steam-only games. They currently have a 6th Anniversary sale, so take a look below and you may find something that interests you:

Thanks for the info! I already got DreadOut on Playism and was planning on getting NightCry there as well. Had no idea about the sale, so I guess I'll pick it up now. Cheers, mate!

blotunga: Don't you want to wait and see how large the effect of the Galaxy stuff will be. Normally it shouldn't be more than a couple 100KB/installer if they do it right. And for example on Humble the DRM free game support is even worse. They rarely get updates, their packaging is chaotic. Gog has its flaws but still it's the best DRM free store out there.
Actually the Humble Store's DRM-free games tend to get updated, but there are always some developers who only update their games on Steam. It has been speculated that Indiegamestand games are never patched.
