6 hours to go for the Ubisoft sale and it is still broken and unable to see the games properly.
Everything shows as not owned, no way to hide owned, show wishlisted etc.

Same for the Cozy sale I just checked, though at least that one is few days till it ends.

Come on guys!

It is high time for an official update about the state of things instead of keeping radio silent.

I can't help but wonder why everything works in the Galaxy client, which I assume uses the same source to display web content, but doesn't on the website itself.

Maybe this isn't a bug but just another incentive for using their client. Let something break (if it is broken at all...), and if it is, work on a fix so slowly that their customers become so frustrated that they either turn their backs on the store or switch to the wonderful and feature-rich client, which seems to enjoy their attention front and center.

Still in favor of doubt, I continue to believe that they are working on the problem and that it will be fixed soon, perhaps in another couple of days or weeks, unless proven otherwise.

I can confirm that when logged in GOG the option to "hide owned games" is not there anymore nor do owned games get a visible tag.
This happened to recent sales since a few days as well as current sales like the one from Ubisoft.

However when opening the link to an owned game the specific game site correctly shows the tag "In Library"

Forever a constant with GOG. Also, the sky is blue :P.

Simple fix, a forum member even put the work in to find the problem and show one way to fix it, and GOG has done nothing. Clownski_ is still looking into it maybe?

They are probably to busy trying to fix the issue with Galaxy not downloading games right now. What the hell is GOG doing? At this point I believe GOG is being operated by three Polish guys and bear.

The bear is a better programmer on a full stomach.

On behalf of Polish bears, I resent and refute the above comments. Polish bears are highly intelligent and reliable. I haven't heard of bears of any other nationality serving with distinction in WW II. If there was a bear working at GOG, the site would be in tip top shape. Ok, maybe a bit sticky with honey, but still.

I just received an email from GOG showing the active sales.
I click on the THQ and of course it is making impossible to figure out anything.

I wonder if GOG realizes they are losing sales on this.

The weekly sale banner just appeared in the " Now on sale " section a few minutes ago .

No sign of any weekend deals .

What is exactly broken in the site?

I have been browsing some sales via web browser and everything seems to be functional. Owned games are marked as owned, wishlisted games marked as wishlisted, and the filter for hiding owned products are functional too.
Am I missing something?

I don't see hiding owned products filter anymore on my end. It's showing up on Galaxy fine.

Not sure why, but I can remember every game I have on GOG without the hiding owned games. Is something wrong with me? haha
