Most likely reason for GOGBears? The Cyberpunk trailer had a whole bunch of GoG Witcher 3 keys hidden in it. A whole bunch of people were likely busy trying to redeem them resulting in a slowdown of the site.

Funny you should say that; it reminded me of a logo for a Russian touring company that I toured with some 20 years ago. Can't remember it's name.

I call him Atlas for obvious reasons. That other bear is probably his evil twin, a usurper, pretender to the throne or other nefarious character. No doubt easily identified by the wicked glint in his eyes!
