I'm frankly surprised these issues have persisted for so long. The site is essentially broken on Android chrome. Attempts to tap to scroll various lists (search results, wishlist, etc) all registers the press and slide finger taps as clicks and instead navigate you to new pages, usually product pages. This makes the site impossible to navigate. This is true whether using mobile or desktop view.

Then there are a whole host of other issues like there being no marking of sale games in wishlist and no way to remove games from your cart in mobile view.

C'mon gog, these are some basic UI/UX issues. Please fix.

Can confirm it's broken on mobile Opera as well. It's quite frustrating. Came to the forums just to see if they're doing something about it. I guess not?

Yeah same issues. Can't scroll without loading a game page. Can't remove item from cart. Any iPhone users with same problems?

For scrolling - I'm just considering it a arcade game; if you move the list very veeery carefully there is a chance that game page will not be mistakenly open.

For removing from chart - you can change to landscape view and Remove link becomes visible; I'm never using horizontal view on mobile except for removing games from GOG chart :D However I must admit that during the last sale GOG helped me out and cleared my chart a few times without even asking me ;)

For chat - we'll, this one is just incredible. Even turning browser to desktop mode may not be enough. I'm usually preparing my message somewhere else in purpose to just copy&paste it to chat window. It's hard enough to paste, I'm never even trying to write something directly on chat :D

That might be true but I fail to see the connection really. I have a PC and still I browse often enough with a tablet. It's just a website and the purpose is to buy games. Why shouldn't I buy GOG games from a mobile device and play later on a desktop device? Producing a site that works well on browsers of mobile and dekstop plattforms cannot be that hard and not doing it looks a bit as if they artificially limiting themselves. I guess they probably have their top man working on it. I remember that they promised to work on it but weren't able to give a definite due date. Also I might remember it wrongly.

Does it mean that if you are selling books, it should be possible to buy them only via book reader? What about selling cars, furniture and food?

Website properly designed for desktop and mobile is a must today and I'm really surprised that GOG ignores such bugs - they are closely related to selling process and should be of critical importance for them. All my purchases here are made by mobile, from searching games to the payment (including payment), because 80% of my internet activity is mobile. And trust me, I'm not the only one in our busy world who has no access to private PC during the day.

You just have to swipe left a little bit (you can't swipe all the way over, you just do it about a fourth of the way) on an item in your cart and then tap delete. And hope it doesn't load the game page when you're swiping because of how sensitive it is.

Use Lightning/Donate browser (same thing basically). Works flawlessly for me.

Using a not very well known browser just for the hope that a website might behave better on it? Nope. I'm too lazy for this. GOG should make their site compliant with major/modern browsers. It cannot be that difficult.

Just saying, pointing out a very good browser, lightweight, open source, easy to use, and I'm yet to encounter the numerous complaints about "x, y and z" website not working properly on it.

Not well known it is for sure, but that because people are too reluctant, afraid or lazy to make a change.

Well, in my case Google Chrome is used both on mobile and on desktop. It's not only browser, but it also stores passwords, bookmarks etc. After a years of afraid I'm now using synchronization option also, which means saving new password on mobile makes it automatically filled in on desktop also. If someone uses some plug-ins etc. it may be even more complicated to switch to other browser, even in it's better in browsing sensu stricto ;)

You can scroll when you swipe on the top bar, where no hyperlink or dropdown menu is. But this is not the way it should be.
