The game always crashes after the 15 second introl...When I got the GOG says it's no trouble to tun. I have a 12 core windows 10 digital storm gaming computer with 2060 gtx video and with all updates it won't run on my computer but it did at one time . anyhints

In order to avoid the black screen I had to disable "full screen optimization" on Win 11.

If your computer has two graphic cards, which one is being used? Try using the other one. Like, it you are using the GTX, try using the other one, and if your system is selecting the default one, try using the GTX.

The thread that surfer1260 linked mentions problems with AMD graphic cards.

BTW, the game works under Windows 11 as well.
