bad_fur_day1: They would probably have to pay me to play this.

stg83: Yep, bad PC port still being fixed and highly expensive inconsequential DLC. No point in getting it until a GOTY or Complete Edition comes out next year.
Actually I was just particularly unimpressed with Arkham Asylum. Everything was seemingly made well, it was just devoid of anything particularly interesting to get me to continue playing it. Triple A sludge at it's best.

darthspudius: The main issues were fixed and if its dirt cheap, no much to lose.
A lot to lose if you want all the DLC for the game, no matter how short I prefer to get all the content for the game in a Complete edition. The main issues for the port may be fixed but it is still far from perfect, the next big patch in the works though may finally bring it to the standard people were initially hoping for, like the Mad Max PC port.

darthspudius: I bought it on a whim and I was thoroughly shocked at how good it was haha. Only I hated was the end boss. The rest of the game was so sick it was brilliant. I loved seeing wolverine being shot apart only to heal and rip the guy with the gun in two. :D
I remember also liking the 2003 game of the Hulk movie. Not nearly as good as Wolverine, not to mention Batman, but it was still fun. Then again, I'm one of the few people who actually liked Ang Lee's Hulk.

tinyE: Can anyone name any really good superhero games made in the past ten years?

I'm looking and I'm coming up short.
Injustice: Gods Among Us is a pretty good one, especially if you like fighting games. It has a good array of DC heroes you can play with, ranging from your standard Batman and Superman to Lobo. And you can also play with villains like Joker or Solomon Grundy.

I wonder why nobody mentioned Saints Row IV. It's basically GTA on steroids. And yes, you are a superhero, albeit a nameless one.

Steam sales are wonderful things for collecting DLC.

I suck at fighting games, but even I liked that one. The story was waaaay better than I expected from a fighting game. And it spawned off one of the best comics DC published in the last five plus years.

I knew I wasn't the only one on the planet who liked that film. Was fantastic, I particularly liked, all of it.

I liked Hulk too. It wasn't the best but I think it did a decent job. The game was fun.

True but Its just not my preference to get a game in piece meals though, thats the reason I still haven't gotten Arkham Origins despite the multiple sales. Though I guess its fine for folks that don't mind getting the complete game gradually over the course of a year. :)

Is there actual dlc worth having?

Yeah, it definetly has surprisingly good plot for a fight game. And after you've done with the story campaging, it has a lot of other stuff you can try to unlock with the other modes.

Well there is the Batgirl story DLC, though if its definitely worth having is subjective. For me if its story related no matter how short it may be, being a completionist I need to have it. ;)

They are planning on releasing another story DLC for Catwoman as well later this month.
I liked X-Men origins Wolverine more than movie.
Back in day Marvel Ultimate Alliance and X-Men Legends 2 Rise of Apocalypse were my favourite.
Hmmm. Thanks for the replies. After some careful inspection, i just decided to wait for two things: The complete version. AND... The dirt cheap sales. This way it is win win and double the profit. It also eliminates possible risk from those cheap key re-sellers.

I am not in a hurry to spend money on Steam, at least anytime soon. But i would like my Batman series completed on it, at least. Time... If i can afford it, i will wait patiently, as i always do.

Unless it shows up here, this franchise, by some random miracle! Then i am going to purchase IMMEDIATELY, even at FULL PRICE!

Oh, and i have voted on all titles already of Bats, since almost when the wishes had been created! For me, buying something on GOG is a NO-BRAINER!
