For me I would pay even 60 USD e.g Diablo 3 vanilla because I thought the quality and enjoyment would be worth it. All was digital copies.

I paid a combined 100 USD for Diablo 3 + DD xpac and have gotten 3000 hours worth of entertainment. I'd pay again if I had to restart the experience from the beginning.

I don't see your reasoning here, at least as far as GOG is concerned. You could buy a game here and burn the installer to a disc if you really want a tangible copy for whatever reason. In fact, you could even make your own game box and everything for it if you wanted to go that far with it.

You still can't legally sell, trade, or give away the game after purchase.

Why would you want to?
I've been going back to games I haven't played for years from here. I don't ever see a reason for wanting to sell, trade, or give away something that I could easily go back to and enjoy at any time.

Don't you know a thing about modern gaming? You only purchase a game if you can sell it for pennies when you're done with it. We don't replay games anymore. That is too old fashioned.

Not every game suits my tastes. I was a lot more adventurous in trying new games in the past, because I knew that if I didn't like a game, I could find someone else who did and trade for one of theirs. Nowadays, I can only seem to do this with board games and console games- and even then, many console games are being sold incomplete where you can only get parts of the game digitally.

There are many games I plan to never sell, but that doesn't mean I should be forced to keep ALL my games.
