Is there an easy way to create a desktop shortcut using galaxy after installation without deleting and reinstalling the game? I've been installing my games on my new laptop and I forgot to click the create a shortcut option on one before installing it. If I did this with steam I could fix it with a couple of mouse clicks but I'm not seeing a create a shortcut option on galaxy. I'm having trouble imaging GOG forgetting to include such a basic feature but I can't find it anywhere I look.

Or you can navigate to the Installed location and then copy and paste shortcut. To use my EVERSPACE installation as an example:

1.Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\Everspace
2.Copy 'Everspace.exe' (Or use 'create shortcut' and follow the wizard)
3.Go to where I want the shortcut, right click and choose 'paste shortcut'

Also, there is usually a file in the game install directory called "Launch <game title>" and you can just copy it over to your desktop (you could move it, but just in case you need it again I'd say copy).

This isn't anything really different than manually creating a shortcut directly to the EXE, but sometimes games come with multiple exe files and its not always clear which one is the game launcher.

Select executable -> right-click -> "Send to" -> "Desktop (create shortcut)" works, too. ; )
Thanks I had actually tried the create shortcut feature in windows but for some reason all it did was copy the existing shortcut and it didn't do it right away. So I left the folder and came back to find four copies of the launch exe waiting.
