Anyone happen to know of a case that meats this criteria?

Has rubber feet
Can fit large graphics cards like 12.1 inches
Mid tower
No top vents
Has a lower vent on the side
Can mount at least a 120mm fan in back
No buttons or ports on top. Buttons and ports are on the front
Hard drive activity light and power light (no super bright / blue LEDs!!!)
No vents on the bottom
Has a 5.25 inch and 3.5 inch exposed drive slots
Has at least 2 3.5 inch drive bays inside
Top and side are flat, no nooks or fancy designs
Front should be mostly flat but an over hang above exposed drive slot would be nice
Graphics card must go straight into the case. Not go inbetween drive mounts
Must have the option to mount every thing with screws

Why is it so hard to find nice simple quality cases these days?

How about the color? Why didn't you mention anything about the color?

You seem to have a very detailed list of what the case should be like, and no sorry I don't know even if they make cases exactly like that, like exact places where the vents should be etc.

You are having a hard time finding what you want because cases are made for the mass market. They are not pieces of bespoke clothing.

But I see what you are saying about how it's hard to find a case to suit one's individiual wants/needs. I don't like or use liquid cooling or SSDs, yet almost every modern case has design features meant to accommodate those things.

Chances are you are going to have to let go of some of your criteria and make do with a compromise.

Maybe so. You mention e.g. that there should be no vents or buttons on the top of the case; I don't even recall ever seeing such a PC case. Not sure about the side vents though.

Yeah i know that when looking at cases and none of these new "gamer" things seems to fit.
But then i seem to have found the right brand for me, beQuiet!

Very common, also a lot of cases have air intake underneath the case with a dust filter that needs to be cleaned regularly (very often if you do not keep your room clean.)

About rubber feet: You can buy cheap rubber or felt pads and stick them on the feet. That is what I plan to do with my new case. Optimal placement of buttons and plugs.

There are a lot of things I'm guilty of - keeping my room clean and dust free is not one of them. Still, I haven't had to clean the dust filter for the bottom air intake even once in the 2 years I've had my current rig.

The front dust filter collects more dust in a month than the bottom filter does in 2 years...

Having assembled my last two computers I understand fairly well the OP's want for a case that doesn't have bells, whistles, wheels, fancy shape, a billion openings for dust entrance, christmas lights, etc. If I were buying my cases again I really would avoid the stupid blue led for a computer that stays in my bedroom and is kept on during most nights.

No buttons on top might seem like a trivial thing to reject a case on... except when you have to sit the case in some enclosed space that is open in the front and back, or somehow know you'll have to put stuff atop the case. Then it is a smart idea. I like it, but no way I'm paying the shipping costs. It would cost thrice more than the case itself.

Aha, see...my UEFI has an option to disable the HDD/Power LED so my Fractal Design Define R5 is sleek, silent and virtually unnoticable during the night...

I will actively search for things like that next time I buy a case. One of the two cases I currently use has a slider that slows down one of the intake coolers and dims the corresponding led, which unfortunately isn't the only one.

Why is it so hard for case makers to think of so obvious features? Seriously...

And I'll bet once I find one model that has a "leds off" button it'll cost $40 more than the similar product that comes with a floodlight that can't be turned off. ¬¬*

It's an ASRock mainboard feature, not a case feature. Just look for an ASRock mainboard that offers a Good Night LED option. This will deactivate all Power/HDD/LAN/Whatever LEDs on your case.

The easiest option however would be to buy any case and mainboard you want and simply not connect the LEDs to the mainboard.

Worried about liquids or dust on the floor getting in probably.

Just to throw this out, FreedomWings you don;t mention where you've been looking. Do you have "ma and pa" computer stores near you? For the longest time, that's where I got most of my parts until I found a server builder for our hardware.

Just a suggestion.

You can easily mod a case that doesn't meet (edit: all) your criteria:

* It doesn't come with a side vent? Make yourself one with a power drill (if you have access to a press drill, the result will be flawless), then install some custom filters and fit a fan
* It comes with a top vent that you don't like? Use acrylic sheet in the size of the vent to cover it. You can use glue of screws; by choosing to screw it down, you can even set a gap between the vent and the cover in order to let the air come out while protecting the hardware from spills etc.
* Rubber feet? No problem, fit some in retrospect
* Fancy lighting? Unplug them!

And so on... ;)
