Oh yeah, that's our Hungarian Gulasch, one of them, it's really good! I can recommend it, my grandpa makes an awesome one!
But usually when you do Szegedin Gulasch you start with putting the sauerkraut in and then add sour creme later, not ilke in Maxvorstadt's recipe where it's mentioned at the end. If you google, you'll find easier recipes without the wine (which is how we usually do it).
