Is there any way to add Shadow warrior 2 Free game to Steam?
Or do i have to use GOG client to play it?

you do not need the gog galaxy client just buy game and on the download chose the download offline backup option files ,

If you're wanting to be able to start it via the Steam client, after you download/install the game from here you can add a shortcut to it so it'll be launchable via the Steam client.

Sorry, there is a pervasive attitude within PC gaming that Steam is THE PC platform and there shouldn't be competition or consumer choice.
I've seen quite a few people all asking the same question, and most follow that mind set.

Steam is a nightmare if you move around a lot. They think you are many different persons using the same account when it is only you having to travel a lot due to work. In terms of mechmouse's amusing story, it is like you are not allowed to drive abroad (but to be fair, you are allowed to move abroad).

OP didn't asked for a condescending lecture either way but it is a chip on this community's shoulder that everyone who uses Steam must be some kind of 'sheeple' in need of guidance from people with superiority complex over a gaming platform.

I have the same problem. The Gog front page says you can get it for free. But there's no button or link. Link from email didn't work either.

Same here. Not showing up as free for me either.

I cannot get the game to install. I have the installer and all four BIN files in the same folder and the installer insists it cannot find the BIN files. I suspect there is something obvious I am missing else there would be a rash of this sort of post I suspect lol.

so the game not free ? says on the front page its free but its $40
