I need to report possible security problems to GOG. I cannot find any mention of a security email address to report these to. I also need the fingerprint of the PGP key to use to ensure I can do so in an encrypted manner.

First port of call would be Support->Contact Us. That way you can contact them, provide minimum information and they can get back to you. There's not direct way to contact using the method you ask for.
