I created a second account just to post this rant.

I've been trying to log in my main account for 5 days now. I'm stuck because of the 2Factors authentification.
The security code is not sent to my email.

I HAVE CHECKED MY SPAM FOLDER AND THE BLOCKLIST AND EVERYTHING THAT IS TO BE CHECKED IN MY EMAIL PROVIDER!!!!!

I've contacted GOG support, but no response other that an automated response to tell me that the ticket was created (which proves that I can receive mail from GOG, so the problem doesn't come from my email provider).

I missed the metro last light giveaway because of this shit.

I'm tired of trying to cpnnect everyday; cliking ten times on "send a security code" and checking every folder of my email account in vain.

There can be any number of reasons why your security code doesn't show up. When your browser is blocking scripts or an ad-blocker is active it may prevent the execution and transmission of the code. It may also be the case that with your main account you used a different mailing address so the code can't arrive. In case you're using a desktop or mobile client to read your mails, consider to check whether there's something blocking the reception for whatever reason. Contact your mail provider to make sure that it isn't something on their end preventing you from receiving the message. Try a different browser to see whether it works.

If all of this doesn't yield a positive result be persistent and contact support, don't forget to reply to the automated message, else you will have to wait forever and nothing's going to happen.

I tried disabling adblock and another web browser, without success.

I bought a lot of games on slaes, and hadn't downloaded them before the log off. Fortunately I have a steam account to play.

No, i'm using laposte.net.

Never had any problem with not receiving a mail.
I see. There was a similar problem with my old yahoo mail when receiving 2FA from humble. No one really knew where the mails got tangled but humble sent them to my main gmail and it came through just fine. You could try setting up one and changing to that for the moment, it worked for me then and I ditched the yahoo service after that.

Gmail account. Then change your email on GOG to that temporarily. Well, I mean do that next time you don't receive mail from GOG to see if the problem could be on your end (or rather laposte.net).
