Unfortunately it the weekend so reduced staff, you're going through the right channels so I hope someone gets back to you soon.

I would hope security@gog.com didn't bounce.

Mail service from Poland takes a couple weeks. Ordered a graphic novel from a webcomic artist from there and it took 4 months to show up. Dang customs! :)

Best bet would be to open up a ticket and let them forward it to the right person.

Either that or drop a really big hint here on the forums. It may clue someone in if they've already seen the problem and they can chip in.

Some of us do this for a living or have done so in the past.

Was this via email or a support ticket? If you have a ticket number, it's usually a good idea to post this in reference so if a staff member does see it, they can go ahead and pull it.

There are a few security issues which I prefer not to disclose publicly. No critical issues but still vulnerabilities that should be fixed. Best would be gog.com personnel getting in touch so an encrypted PGP email session can be set up. Although security is my profession, I am not looking for making business - stumbled on one issue by coincidence in my spare time and started looking more thoroughly for more.

No that probably wasn't me and I haven't ever used this username but on this platform ;-) I do not want want to make a big fuzz about it, nor do I want to put pressure on gog, just want to make sure it gets fixed since I am a customer, too, after all ;)
