Yeah. But I can't say it vexed me much. I mean Commissioner Gordon is now the Batman in a Iron Tick armor. Comics can't really astound me with anything at this point. And whatever Disney says, I will never treat comics as canon anyway. You can't write a comic 40 years after the movie and expect me to treat both as equeally canon. That's like calling Shadow of Mordor "canon" with Tolkien's books.
Come on guys we all know he's making sweet love to Leia in her Slave outfit in the Falcon ;)

Firefly.

Best TV series in the 'verse...
Han är Solo, därför vill han inte möta dig.

Sorry my Swedish is rusty, but you get the meaning.

Nothing in the 'verse can stop them... which is why they had to resort to series cancelation from out of the 'verse. Makes sense.

And it still didn't stop them.

Instead they got a big damn movie, games, comics, merchandise and one of the most loyal (and ever growing) fanbases in the history of ever.

I'm tempted to buy the Blu-Ray since it's really cheap and I've seen fellow Babylon 5 (greatest Sci-Fi ever) fans liking it, but do I get it right, that the story is cut off by the circumstances? :/

Well, obviously none of the overarching plotlines get resolved, but they still managed to give some sort of open-ended stopping point that felt like "okay, they sorta kinda got over the first set of hurdles and now they're off doing some adventuring".

The movie does resolve the main plotline that got started in the series, but there would have been so much more stories to tell, that it's heartbreaking. Essentially the movie is Season 2 crammed into an awesome two hours.

So: Buy the series and the movie. Watch it. Curse Fox and humanity in general. Rewatch it. Curse Fox and humanity in general. Rewatch it. Lather, rinse, repeat.

Even if there were no resolution whatsoever, this would still be a must-watch.
