It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

This has been a problem for a while now. The screenshot viewer on all the store pages is really crap.

Biggest problem is that the images take forever to load. Sometimes this is not the case, like for games on the front page they seem to load fast, but in many cases it takes five seconds or more for each image, it's painful.

The other problem is how small they are. For some reason they are only about half the width of the screen in a tiny box. You can "view original" but this requires tons of clicking and closing the new tabs they appear in.

Please make them fill the screen and load faster. I feel like I'm getting "good old internet", not just games.
Just tried looking at the top line of games in the store and really without any trouble. I do recognize what you are trying to convey here but i belief the problem would be more of your own connection being not all that stable of maybe busy gog servers at the time you are looking?

+1 for bigger pictures
It is a pain on mobile, with screenshots sometimes getting stuck mid-screen when sliding, no way to get the pictures in its original size and videos not playing. It used to be even worse. I haven't particularly noticed those issues in my laptop -it works OK most of the time and goes slow when the whole site slows down.

I've had similar issues. I wonder if it is an Aussie thing?
Another annoying thing is that when some screens are differently sized, the arrow buttons usually change positions, resulting in a missed click and having to open the image browser sgain.
Here is an example. Keep in mind that it is usually worse than what you see in the video. In the video it's only taking about two seconds, which is annoying but not so bad, I could live with this.

But it often takes much longer like 5 seconds per image which is too long.

You see front page ones work fine but go to something that doesn't get visited often and it goes much slower.

Not from my end. 4G LTE connection, desktop, Firefox. Blistering fast screenshot loading.
Maybe it's an Aussie NBN thing?

Same here (I live in Australia if it makes any difference).
It's so annoying that I searched to see if it was happening to anyone else. Honestly I'll click off a page because I can't be bothered waiting for the screenshots to load in the GOG viewer. They usually take anywhere from 3-6 seconds each to load.

I wondered that too, being in Australia, but Steam screenshots are pretty much instantaneous while the same game on GoG will take between 3-6 seconds to load the same screenshot. =(

they need to implement the screenshot uploader feature that steam has that lets you uploading your screenshots to your profile and then deleting your local files if you want.
