I'm sure, though for them, it is a mixed blessing I believe.
They would have made even more money without all the refunds and they lost a lot of goodwill.
Many customers won't be as quick to open up their wallet on CDP's next major release. Overall, I think their pro-consumer reputation took a hit and with all the overwork they had to do to deliver (and potential hirees do pay attention to these kinds of things), I'd venture to guess they'll have a harder time attracting top talent to work on their games.
