Are you saying a group or persons cannot be both socialist and fascist?
That of course would be false, as the Nazi party aka "National Socialist German Workers' Party", was both.
They believed in the socialist principles of government control over most aspects of citizens lives, and used fascist authoritarian tactics to control the population and make them conform or else.
We see the same principles of propaganda, violence, and intimidation, that the Nazis successfully employed, being practiced by domestic terrorist organizations such as Antifa and Black Lives Matter.
Just because a group claims to be ant-fascist doesn't mean they are. Judge them by their actions which are fascist.
My father was drafted into the compulsory Hitler Youth as a child. My uncle was a soldier in the Wehrmacht, the regular army. No one in my family was a Nazi Party member but they were able to share first hand experience to me about life in Nazi Germany and the similarities of groups operating in the United States today.
I was pointing out that that 72_hour_Richard seemed to be equating liberals, fascists and anti-fascists. Nowhere did I mention socialists.
It's a bit of a generalisation to say anyone can. I can't PM you for example.
