I'm sure you're asking what the catch is.
Surely Atari screwed it up with timers, microtransactions and some idiotic limitation.
Well, that depends. Wacky Worlds and Time Twister, the expansions of 2 are locked behind a single time transaction, but considering all they add are parks and ugly new scenery, is that really such a loss?
The scenario editor, track designer and sharing of parks is another transaction. Sure, if you want to make parks and share them, that's a bit inconvenient. But this one comes with a special addition of being able to import from the PC version!
All in all, it would cost 16 dollars for the whole shebang, with the Toolkit being the most expensive part.
But otherwise, you buy it and it is yours. Online or offline. Here's the Android Version...
As for the iOS version, here it is.
The iOS store is not easy to find online, much less browse, so be glad I found a link for that from an Engadget article.
