To my surprise I found an e-mail informing me that I had won into the breach. I'm like "Say what again?!". heard so much about this. I can finally try it for myself. So what did you win?

I gave up on them after they got caught faking code from RimWorld to write a story portraying the creator as a bigot against LGBT folks.

We had a lengthy thread (beside this one) but looks like it got deleted. GoG will delete customer content upon request.

edit: What started me looking for this was I could have sworn the last time RPS did a giveaway, not one person stepped forward to say that they got a game. I cant find that thread either.

I don;t say any of this as a negative outside of my dislike of RPS. Just presenting links. If anyone can find the threads I referenced, be happy to see them.

redit: Oh and congrats on the game. Wasn;t trying to take that away from you. :)

It's one of many great examples of the typical RPS left-extremist social justice agenda. They just love reading into things that don't really exist. It doesn't help that most of their readership is equally fucking dumb. It's like they expect every game to make a statement of sort (or should in their minds).

Yeah, no. The vast majority of games are just about being games. That's it. I only skim their site for some gaming news, and I've pretty much stopped reading any of their actual articles because of their ridiculous views.

I will just say this and lets just end it here. The Article is old. If you have a beef with RPS take it elsewhere. I didn't made this topic for that subject, nor do I plan for it to change. Back on topic.

It's not just them. Pcgamer, eurogamer, usgamer, ausgamer (damn original names), VG247, pcgamesn and few linux/macintosh sites had gog games giveway during summer sale (I entered almost all of them and won absolutely nothing).
