Oddeus: Stroke or bot...
StrokeBot!

Teaching us all how to spot a stroke victim in the early stages.
A very valuable lesson for us all. Thank you StrokeBot!

Quick, someone call an ambulance!
He bought the same game from Steam and GOG thinking that it would be different. Maybe he's new to gaming that's why he doesn't have any clue.

Maybe he is used to the older style of making games(where some systems had entirely different games with the same title depending on system)? :|

Yeah but he still should know that buying the same game twice on PC will still give him the same game.

Yes, though sadly with the over reliance on technology and modern conveniences many have trouble figuring out even basic things without help these days.

With google/bing/duckduckgo/etc a click or two away, many just simply leave their brains on autopilot.

That would explain the person I was trying to help the other day that couldn't grasp the concept of a door (I'm not making that up I had to help someone move to the next room by showing them how a door worked)

James_Briggs85: I never anyhing that you promised. I got to same game I owned. I can't send any messages. except here . Ican play here or on steam but their is no difference. It is the same game with the same saved data. The game is physically the same code accessed from differne places. it seems a played through from the start for no reason. As I said it is a rip off and a waste of time.
I really hope you're not the James Briggs I used to know ages ago! This site saved PC gaming for me.

We don't have that problem in here since 1979 because the use of a door got thoroughly documented.

Ok on the off chance this isn't a bot, your going to need to construct your communications better so that they explain what you are trying to say; what game did you buy, what the problem is with it, did you contact gog support staff ect.
It's not a bot . it's a real person . I think he was talking about The Witcher: Enhanced Edition .

That reminds me of the classmate I had in secondary school, who didn´t know how to open and close a window, because their housekeeper did all that at home. True story.
He also didn´t know how to use a lighter.

Which was probably for the best, all things considered...
