One Unit Whole Blood if you are brave enough to do so. Also F.E.A.R. games and couple of Wolf3d based ones that are here. Also Requiem Avenging Angel might be worth putting time to look into. ;p

Appreciated!
It would be nice to review all the classic FPS games (Doom, Quake, Strife...) both in original from and the various source ports in comparison.
Here's a thread on vogons of PC games people finished if that helps you
https://www.vogons.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=11328&hilit=beat#p77307

No dates on the lists themselves but if you check the posts then the dates when people finished a game can be used.
Chess :P

Damuna: I'm going to be starting a series where I look at older games (10+ years) and review them from an angle of whether they're still worth playing. People tend to look at older games through nostalgia goggles, which can make recommendations hit and miss for people who haven't played those games before.
Well, here is games which is definitely worth a look:

Available on GOG:

1. Jagged Alliance series.
2. 7th Guest and 11th Hour.
3. Terra Nove Strike Force Centauri.
4. Strike Commander (Origin). Excellent (in its days) flight sim with Wing Commander story style.
5. Warhammer 40000 Final Liberation.

Not available on GOG (BUT IT MUST BE HERE!!!):

1. Merit's Galactic Reunion. Epic space strategy with story and RPG elements.
2. Dune. First one especially.
3. Hardline. Dark cyberpunk FMV shooter with a interesting storyline. Also may worth a look at other games of the genre - Mad Dog MacCree, Last Bounty Hunter and others.
A few older dual-genre console games that might be worth looking into:

NES:
The Magic of Scheherezade
The Guardian Legend

SNES:
ActRaiser
It's not super old, but Arcanum: Of Steamworks and Magick Obscura?

No... boring...
First complaining about visuals and the repetitive music...

And then 10/10.
