Thunderstone: The number of accounts created is irrelevant, the point is that there are people who create sock puppet accounts to abuse the rating system. It has happened.
Yeah it definitely happened with 5 or 10 accounts, I dont dispute that, but not with a hundred, like he originally said. Thats really all here.
Would you understand me better if I bribe my way up to 1500 rep?

It is also possible to create a script that will autocreate accounts, hence why you sometimes need to enter a capta code before account creation can be made. There are also services like 10 minute mail that can be used as an email to those sock puppet account. It is also possible to generate a script that will take control of an account. This is called botting.

Just run a script and you can create whatever number of accounts you want, and send them to target people. No farther effort involved once you have the script working. Just let the script do its job.

Your wasting your time arguing over technicalities, as I said in my previous post abuse has happened and it doesn't matter with how many accounts. The number of accounts created is irrelevant.. The damage has happened and he is taking the time to potentially do something about it.

For the record, I just posts by content not rep.

I once told my wife that if she and the kids kept their nonsense up, they were going to get corrected 'Grady style'. She didn't get the reference.
