Bigs: Hate to beg but if anyone can help out with IG2 I'd appreciate it... or I'll get it from Steam at some point... *shrug*
Check your chat.
I have both games on my wishlist . :(

MarkoH01: German game not available in German. No loss for me. According to GOG there were technical difficulties to get the German language to GOG but then again there is a German language patch available working for the GOG release so obviously those people who did the patch did not experience technical difficulties.

Still for those who don't need the German language it is of course a loss and so I thank GOG for giving those a heads up even though it would have been nicer if it would go with a discount as well ... but you can't have it all.
So, I guess we won't see Wet Attack: The Empire Cums Back (aka Lula in space) here before a while :'(

Oh, my gd. I still have the CDs lying around here. The game was SO bad ... and yes, I always say there is no such thing as an objectively bad game but ... beh ... maybe some people liked it but after a short while I just stopped "playing" it.

I never played it, but I enjoyed The Sexy Empire (even if the game is a bit clunky), so the sequel may be interesting.

It is completely different - believe me. If I am not misinformed it also never was a big success in Germany while the first "part" did sell quite well.

I heard that Lula 3D IS the real bad game of the serie.

chandra: We'd like to inform you that on November 13th, 6pm UTC, Lula: The Sexy Empire and Industry Giant 2 will be removed from our catalog due to ownership changes.

Those who already own the games, or will purchase them today before their removal, will still be able to access them through their GOG Library.
Quite a late warning, just some hours in advance.

I find it sad store pages (and reviews) can't be found no more after the game got removed. Can't it just be a page saying 'not for sale', accessible only from your own library instead of the storefront?

For those who still want to view it (in the old and better store layout to boot): https://web.archive.org/web/20180711055058/https://www.gog.com/game/industry_giant_2

God dammit. I own one of these two games and sadly it's Lula, which, quite frankly, is utter garbage. I would have bought Industry Giant 2 if the warning had come a bit earlier. :/

Thanks for the warning. But unfortunately it came too late for me to react.

And it would be even better when owners of the games also would keep access to all the information on the game cards. ;)
So who actually owns the Lula IP nowadays?
Hmmm, just saw this and they're already removed. Appears they're in the library so I'm safe. Looks like I got my cardio workout for a brief moment.
My "removed from catalog" tag on my shelf hits 30 titles.

Lula isn't horrible. The first part does nothing to prepare you for the second part though.
As expected too late to the party. Thanks anyway GoG for heads-up.
