fortune_p_dawg: damn that sucks, what happened?

blotunga: Says right there, ownership changes.

I hope they will at some point make a comeback. I have both, but they are good enough games to recommend to others also.
ah didn't see that before, thanks! :)

Ghorpm: No idea about the other but I really enjoyed Industry Giant 2. What makes it so dull? In my opinion it's one of the better polished managerial games. With so many products, different production lines and transport options it's hard to get bored.

tinyE: Okay, not dull, I just didn't like the way it played. I wasn't having fun playing it. Maybe just me and eventually I'll try it again.
That's fair enough. After all we have different tastes and all that. I was just curious if you have some complains about the game. Not having fun is a solid reason not to play/recommend a game ;)
Grr... at work and not going to be able to get IG2...

Oh well.. hopefully it comes back... or it IS still available on Steam (for now at least)
Who is trying to take away my Lula?
Thanks for the heads up!
Any chance IG2 will return in the future? GOG doesn't have that many management games...
The new owners are DRM-free friendly and therefore it's very likely that we will see again these games, or is it better to buy them now?
For the first time, I don't particularly remember these titles on GOG. Sorry to see them go though. May they make a return at another round.
What a pity for IG2. :(
It is a game that I enjoyed playing because of the way we manage the different industries and their diversity of transport. I recommend it to fans of the genre.

You can do all of that in Lula? :P

I do not know Lula but the IG2 was one of my favorites in my childhood.
I still have here a copy on CD of IG2.

It was a joke. :P
Thanks for the warning! :)

MaxFulvus: Lula is quite good and I like Carsten Wieland's work far more than all those anime games. Glad to have my GOG copy already.

Also, I'm upset to see that, once again, we are informed only a few hours before the removal.
German game not available in German. No loss for me. According to GOG there were technical difficulties to get the German language to GOG but then again there is a German language patch available working for the GOG release so obviously those people who did the patch did not experience technical difficulties.

Still for those who don't need the German language it is of course a loss and so I thank GOG for giving those a heads up even though it would have been nicer if it would go with a discount as well ... but you can't have it all.

Hate to beg but if anyone can help out with IG2 I'd appreciate it... or I'll get it from Steam at some point... *shrug*
