The environments, contraptions and weaponry in this game are so striking I actually bought the art book for it. The combat and storytelling are solid too.

Good game to have on the platform, however, it should be a little cheaper even with the regional pricing adjustment already applied (Central America/Costa Rica), this for the Digital Deluxe Edition for the most part.

I feel like us dieselpunk fans don't get as much love as steam, cyber, or atom. On a slightly unrelated note, the art style in Youngblood is better, but the gameplay is vastly inferior to TNC.

Stryder2931: Does the game have a tutorial or should I just download, play, and hope for the best! :)

Mr.Mumbles: o.O I can't for the life of me think of a time I ever needed a manual for an FPS. Not now and not in the '90s.

The mechanics should be fairly easy to pick up. That said, I would recommend playing The New Order first if you haven't done so yet because The New Colossus is a direct continuation of that storyline (as well as building on some of those gameplay mechanics) and the latter doesn't really go into much of the backstory because it already expects the player to know it.
Thanks for the tip on The New Order. Not being familiar with the titles, this is helpful!

ShadowWulfe: Very cool. Youngblood next?
A part of me agrees, but the other part does not care if that game comes over here or not as it's generally agreed that it's a piece of shit game...
Nice to see this one here. Now we only need the one from 2009 here too and then we have all the good Wolfenstein games available on GOG.
Just for the record, I got two versions (separate game entries in my GOG library) when I bought the game, which I bought with the Season Pass, separately because it was cheaper by a few dollars than the Digital Deluxe combined version.

The second version is called Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus German Edition and is in German.

The German edition is probably a censored German release which removes certain Nazi symbols like the swastika etc.

It doesn't help me when the only language in that version is German and I'm not from there, so one wonders why it was included for someone from my country ... possibly a mistake. Though for sure we have plenty of German descendants living in AUS, especially in my state.

Both versions have the 4 DLCs.

If I remember correctly they also removed the "Chancellor's" mustache...

!!!SPOILER!!!: Since you reminded me of it, I just had to search for it:

low rated
S**t racist anti-white pro-communist game.

When can we finally have the option to ignore junk?

You did buy the Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus Standard Edition and Wolfenstein II: The Freedom Chronicles - Season Pass?

M3troid: Well, Quake 4 was published by Actvision and it's here, so there is a chance.

TheMonkofDestiny: Quake hasn't been rebooted either. Wolf '09 got sidelined when MachineGames saw success with their game(s). Seeing it turn up here might as well go on the "it's as possible as Hexen/etc." list as far as Raven and Activision id games go.
Luckily I would say, taking a look at what they did with DooM.
To be honest, tho, the architecture of the maps in Quake Champions is rather fitting and coherent with the Quake I medieval/gothic look.
Maybe they can make a sequel true to the original.
So has the terrorist regime in the Chinese mainland demanded you remove this one yet?

We already do...

EDIT: My mistake, we don't!

Hi,

Just a little question... As other people noticed, buying the game and SP separately is cheaper than deluxe edition for me. If I buy those, will I also get the freedom chronicles episode 0? ( it is mentioned in the deluxe edition description but not in the season pass page) Thanks ;)

Yes, Bethesda actually made a big effort to produce "sanitized" versions of TNO, TOB, TNC, Youngblood and Cyberpilot for the German market. No Nazi iconography, your enemies are now called "the regime" and Hitler lost his moustache. Which is no longer necessary, because the uncensored versions of all those games have been available to German customers for about a year now.

I guess it was easier for GOG to include both versions in all purchases, instead of limiting the inclusion of the German version to German customers.

The good news, in turn, is that German customers are no longer barred from getting the uncensored international release.

Yes, according to the gamecard for the season pass, Episode 0 is included. The thing about Episode 0 is this: it's mostly a playable teaser for the three other episodes. IIRC it used to be free DLC on Steam. >_>
