I'm glad to see that more games are successfully using what I can confidently call the Mignola-aesthetics. Some tried before, including an appalling Hellboy game from the long gone past, but just a few have managed it well. I always wondered why no one had tried it before the recent mini-boom, for its harsh chiaroscuro is not only pleasing and easy on the eyes, but evocative and lugubrious thus perfect for videogames with narratives centered on the supernatural.
Now, add to all of that ambiance what appears to be something closer to the weird west of the Deadlands RPG than the one from the Hard West game, and you have very little room for failure.
This is probably the closest I have seen that art style replicated. I approve. I'm all in for Hellcowboy.
