I bough the Gold edition but I don't have the expansion pass added to my account.

How about the DLCs it includes? I believe you won't see the Expansion Pass, just as you can't see the Deluxe Editions in different games - just its contents. :) But let me know if that's not the case for you either, I'll investigate!

It should be, but I'll test this weekend, but is not unusual to have some games with the free DLCs as bundle in the build.

Only two of the DLCs are, Reinforcement Pack #1 and Reinforcement Pack #2 - Railway, and that's also why they are listed as goodies. Plus, this way, one can easily check which of them are included in which edition! I hope that answers your questions. :)

Yes, both of the new free DLCs are included in the base game. However, the #14 Reinforcement Pack adds several units to divisions which are only available through other DLCs (such as the 12th SS Panzerdivision). So it’s technically in the base game, but won’t work without some other DLCs. The #15 pack adds a map which is visible and playable at all times.
