Ueber: Friendly Reminder that Man O War Corsair may leave the store soon.
The Developers lost the license and it was already pulled of Steam, one can only speculate why it is still on GOG - most likely due to a fixed period of time signed in the sales contact.

Go grab it if you are interested.
Very nice game, IMHO
A sort of Sid Meier's Pirates, set in Warhammer Fantasy world. Definitely deserves more credit than it received and it's a real shame if the game disappears from the radar due to publishing issues.
I suppose that - if the game had been launched 20 years ago - it'd be seen as a classic. But on this day and age - where dozens of indie games are released on steam every day, of every shapes and colors - it's very difficult to grab the crowd's attention, unless you're backed by a big publisher.

Apparently, yes.
I could imagine it's been deemed too elaborate to rework the game in such a way that at the beginning of the singleplayer campaign you could switch over from Titus' default armour to one of the alternate ones via a completely new menu or something.
Sporting a different armour would also clash with the pre-rendered cutscenes that only feature Titus in the default standard armour.

FINALLY!!!

And just a day ago I was asking where the SEGA games were at. Instabought!

Also Dawn of War Master Collection has been Wishlisted. Will insta buy that when it's released as well.

So for Dawn of War, you will not use the Steam-to-Galaxy connection, but you will also not use the pre-Steamworks builds which have LAN but have the exact same performance and balance as the post-Steamworks ones? Sloppy...

That depends on the player. I for one don't play any internet multiplayer games. At all.

However, I have some friends (40+ old) and every Summer we get together for a week to make different things (like going to lake, fishing, etc.), one of these is also a LAN-party, where we play some older titles like C&C, Warcraft 2/3 etc. and also some split-screen games.

The best thing is that we have families who allow us to do this and support us. Sometimes we even bring our kids and then we play together, haha. There's nothing better than local multiplayer where you can see other people.

Ancient-Red-Dragon: They should have done the work to make multiplayer enabled and featuring Crossplay for Space Marine, and also to make Crossplay work with Dawn of War Collection.

Removed multiplayer, and no-Crossplay multiplayer, both diminish the value of these games, and make the value of buying the games on GOG questionable.
Pipe dream. Not when people here keep moaning about GOG Galaxy.

Is the 40k Dawn of War Series "no in-game music after loading a save" fixed? That's absolutely critical for me.
