There will be blood. Delicious blood.

Vampire®: The Masquerade - Bloodlines™, the timeless RPG masterpiece that has sucked many a gamer's time, is now available, DRM-free on GOG.com.

Intoxicating. Macabre. Vital. These are both traits of blood and of Vampire®: The Masquerade - Bloodlines™, the RPG that forever changed expectations on how the creatures of the night should be depicted in videogames. Was it the ridiculous replayability? The versatility of our vampiric abilities? The gripping visual and sound design? Perhaps the memorable NPCs and stellar writing. One thing is for certain: much like the daunting Antediluvians, this is a game whose allure only grows stronger with time. No point in resisting it any longer.

Sink your teeth into the definitive bloodsucking experience that is Vampire®: The Masquerade - Bloodlines™, DRM-free on GOG.com.

Note: This version includes third-party technical fixes, courtesy of Wesp5. The full unofficial patch, which also includes additional content, can be found over at Patches Scrolls.

Thiev: Disclaimer:
I never actually physically abused any coworker / minion of mine during working hours.
It's not the during, it's the after that is unmentioned :P

So you abuse them on a psychological level?

0Grapher: Is that supposed to mean that Thiev is superior to GOG's Thievin' Bastard?

If the kick is aimed at the shins, then the kicked isn't aimed properly.

If that's ever in doubt, give me a message and I'll provide an alibi. You've been visiting me for the last day/week/month/year as needed.

A kick to the shins is meant to annoy but not incapacitate so that people will still work :P

Isn't that what a smack to the back of the head is for?

A kick to the shins can be done from a sitting position and you can literally roll up, kick the shin, and roll away :D We have high backed office chairs so people can protect from smacks to the back of the head :P

Thiev: during working hours.
But after those?

Well, I couldn't say 'never' because I was training martial arts with some of my office buddies ;)

If the chair can protect you, then you are not hard at work ;)

shmerl: That's the way Wesp5's patches work since 9.x. Before there was no option of the unmodified original.

MBiL_248: Interesting, I've thought the vanilla version would be GOG's special addition. Now, that's a very impressive piece of work from Wesp5, I would say the community owes him a lot of gratitude.
He deserves a lot of gratitude in general, for working on improving Bloodlines all the way until now and on.
