Congratulations on getting this game here, GOG!
If I weren't broke, this game would be on my library right now.

Now, if you can get the Medal of Honor and Call of Duty games, as well as Oblivion , Fallout 3 and Skyrim I'll stop bothering you with old games requests :)

Awesome! One of best games out there and still sitting on my physical shelf. Very happy to see it here.

Exchange rate is artificially distored by the national bank, so I refrain from the purchase for now. Wishlisted and once it's -20%, it's going to my account's library :).

MBiL_248: I'm not sure about this. German Steam shop page says clearly "censored version, German language support only" and the only difference is that certain scene from the intro. I can perfectly live with that version if that's the only one GOG can provide though. Just great to see another real classic without DRM here on virtual shelves. :)
All I can tell you is that the official US version cut away to a crowd reaction during that scene as well. So not really sure what's supposedly censored in the German version, unless maybe it's some of the language? Dunno, man.

The only difference I remember was a nasty bug in the German version where the Malk female did not got new outfits.

Again.

I just bought this last week on Steam, after waiting & waiting for it to come here. No word, no hint, no nothing. So I eventually cracked.

If I was a cuntspirationist, I'd say that GOG just doesn't want my money & waits for me to buy stuff from Steam before releasing it here.

It could happen, I'm at least as special as all those hobos that the government is spying on, man!

Perhaps your're right, but this video seems to show the uncensored intro: Link
It's only a second or two with an alternative angle, so there's no really reason to complain, but I'm curious.
