LootHunter: What I've asked for was an example of a game that actively portrays economic exploitation as a good thing and working class as a mindless mass that must be controlled.
Hang on a second, this seems like you are moving the goalposts. Why are you asking for a 1:1 analogy of pro-exploitation of the working class to counterbalance Tonight We Riot's riots against exploitation? The original statement I was addressing was simply about "the explicit, non-ambiguous apology of real-life violence that's both used to sell and permeates the game, more than the kind of ideology being promoted."
In other words, the original statement was broad and incorporated way more than just "economic exploitation". That is, if (like the poster I was addressing) your issue is with "the explicit, non-ambiguous apology of real-life violence that's both used to sell and permeates the game", then logically speaking you should also be denouncing the types of games I mentioned: police-based, military-based, colonization-based.
All that said, perhaps the Imperialism games are a viable answer to your question of asking for a pro-exploitation game? Granted, it doesn't explicitly deal with working class exploitation specifically. But let me know what you think of these quotes from the game description of Imperialism 1:
"Do you have the necessary ambition and skills required to carve up underdeveloped nations and expand your country’s sphere of influence? Then go forth and conquer the world using any and all means available to you. Exploit the New World for its cornucopia of riches and resources as you race towards imperial supremacy over the entire world. ...Take the reins of command and remake history as you dominate the world in Imperialism!" Does that sound like good behavior to promote?
Full disclosure: I own that game, as well as Tonight We Riot. For me it is possible to play such games and disagree with the actions of characters within/roleplay a ruler in the game/etc. I would also be "ok" with the other extreme examples you mentioned earlier like Crusade-simulator etc. Before you/anyone offers moral outrage at that, consider that you most likely already accept plenty of other games that contain ideologies harmful to people...just that they're not as popularly seen that way.
I am not saying to adopt any of these ideologies yourself, mind you.
