Instabought! I love the look of the game. Thank you for bringing it here!
Does this come with the Peter Frampton song or do I have to download that separately?
No way!

Let me begin with a single caveat: this game demands a modern gamepad with dual analog sticks. Certain scenes are demanding enough with one, but nigh-unbeatable with keys, and I haven't found a good way to control some of the later powers acquired in the game without analog sticks. One particular chase sequence...well, let's just say that I *did* complete it before switching to gamepad, and I consider that to be one of my greatest feats of gamer-fu to date. Save yourself the trouble: grab a modern gamepad to play this one.
Absolutely loving the style. Gonna wait for a bit of feedback, but I've got a feeling I'm going to wind up grabbing this one. I need something to fill the void until 5734L3R's release (if ever :P)
Looks incredibly pretty.
Inspired by Another World, Flashback and Heart Of Darkness? YES!
Nice game, i checked some videos on youtube.

the dev(s) seem to have seen/played lots of classic and welknown games
My deja vu:

Another World:
i saw some pixels that looked like animal (s)
the lights and the floating cameras/guards
.....

Ronin:
the building with the roof and the climbing , in the first video
made me think of Ronin.

Other parts are definitely in Flashback. style.

It is however a scrolling game, the screen scrolls along while moving the character, imho i found the videos not fluently scrolling , so my stomach started to 'turn around' abit (gamemotionsickness)
So i wont be buying it, but the story looks cool, the pixelart looks like Flashback and thats also a plus.
Imho this is one of the better releases i have seen sofar .
Better then that game with the ugly bus in it.

I miss that game so much. I've only finished it once, which is about a dozen times fewer than I would've liked to, this year...

Which brings us to an important question: Where the hell are Flashback and Heart of Darkness???

According to KS Project Update #28, the latest version has reduced the difficulty of that chase screen, as well as made it easier to play it with a keyboard.
