Clementine will remember that.

The Walking Dead, a Telltale episodic drama series, is available now DRM-free on GOG.com!

The Walking Dead was a case study in how to leverage the interactivity of the gaming medium to tell a mature, gripping story. It's adventure gaming evolution. It's a pretty good game. The Walking Dead: Season One</a> is the title that introduced a completely new kind of adventure to gamers. It's a game of character development, survival and emotion that puts story first, and action or puzzles second. Difficult choices, helplessness, and painful consequences will be your bread and butter as you inch your way towards a promised sanctuary. The gripping tale of Clementine, a child survivor of the zombie apocalypse, continues in [url=http://www.gog.com/game/walking_dead_season_2_the]The Walking Dead: Season Two, where your previous choices resonate and ripple across the story that lies ahead.

SortaSane: GG, GoG. I wasn't sure how much I'd spend on the summer sale, but this just got you a lot more of my money.
Exactly the same situation for me. Maybe the GoG Team started this sale earlier beacause of this release and the one of Wolf among us.
Well, another game which I own on steam and its now DRM-free. Cool , gog you got a deal!
nice. been waiting for a gog release for this series. bought. =)
Fantastic to see these released here that makes me really happy love this series might even buy them a 4th time. Also look forward to some more episodic content at E3! :)
I was about to buy the series, but I played S 1 and the 400 days dlc on Steam and the choices made will affect S 2. Is it possible to import the Steam savegames into the GOG version ? (I dont want to replay the first game)

Will the OS X versions be added as well? They don't seem to be listed on the store page.

ATimson: I've got a question about the Galaxy support.

Suppose my sister and I both play the game on the same machine - that's okay by my reading of the license agreement. Will her achievements get tracked to her Galaxy account, or does that only work if she buys it too?

katatonicone: Achievements will unlock on the account that "owns" the game only.
Could you please look into completing (or deleting when appropriate) the appropriate wishlist entries when you have a chance? ;-)

Also, can we call you "Kat" for short, or do you not want us to get too attached to you the way we did to TheEnigmaticT or G-Doc? ;-)

I hope to see an OSX version as well. I'm going to try to only buy on GOG from now on... I'm done with the App Store.
Cheers

Well, suit yourself. I do not mind Kat, Katatonic, Katatonicone, gogbear :P :D
The are great 'games'. For people who have never played them, do not expect to be taxed or stuck while playing. Also do not expect your choices to matter for the most part. Still worth it for the story telling though.
Got season 1 for PS3 last year, well, actually as a birthday present for my GF (who's a huge fan of the show). She loved it. I hated almost every minute of it. I was trying to be really open-minded but this just insulted me as a gamer. The "riddles" are stupid, the technical execution is bad, the presentation is meh, any action sequences are either QTEs or AWFUL rail shooters and the decision system is the most blatant lie. The "xxx will remember this" popup appearing regularly made me wanna slap the devs. Hard.
I think it took more for the GOG staff to make the offer available than for me to purchase the whole TWD collection (happy happy joy joy!).
I already have Season 1 and a non-working version of 400 Days purchased elsewhere, but nothing beats having them from GOG (DRM-less delight, working guarantee and fair reimbursement policies).
Now, the 10-ton cherry on top will arrive when they get the Mac (and Linux) versions of all of these (so far just Windows).
Thanks a lot GOG for getting more Telltale Games stuff!
:)

katatonicone: ...
Thanks!
I've got two computers (one desktop and one laptop). walking dead season 1 and dlc will work on integrated card but season 2 will not. It says integrated cards are not recommended on both for anyone who might have missed that.

edit: got season 2 working too on my computer with integrated graphics now. not sure why but the game wouldn't load up. rebooted my computer and it started working okay.

Is there no game specific Walking Dead forum? I can't find one in the forum list.

I swear. Judas goes on vacation and the whole company falls apart... ;)
