The moment you’ve been waiting for – The Talos Principle 2 is now available on GOG with a -50% launch discount!

The Talos Principle 2 is a thought-provoking first-person puzzle experience that greatly expands on the first game's philosophical themes and stunning environments with increasingly mind-bending challenges.

You can also get The Talos Principle 2 - Road to Elysium Pack (-20%), The Talos Principle 2 Deluxe Edition (-40%) and The Talos Principle 2 Soundtrack (-50%).

All launch discounts end on October 24th, 1 PM UTC

Now on GOG!
The first installment is, by far, my favorite puzzle game of all-time! I am definitely interested in this sequel.

In the coming days, I will be publishing a puzzle with a GOG game code for The Talos Principle: Gold Edition embedded within (as a reward for the solver).

Discount code for both games of the series (exchange):

wolfsite: Great to see this here, just odd how Croteam are bringing newer games here but skipping some of there earlier titles like Serious Sam 3.
Also Serious Sam 2 and Serious Sam HD as well.

Thanks forgot about those for some reason.
This is a very fun, very beautiful game. Wife and I played it together, and it's one of our favorites. There are some neat and fun new mechanics, and the music / graphics are gorgeous. She missed the tetronimo puzzles from the first game, but they do have new bridge puzzles that are similar.

Tempted to pick up a copy here for the inevitable replay when we forget how the puzzles go!
Great news!
Didn't even know they were making a new game. Thanks to the newsletter, got my copy with a good discount.
Thanks GOG!
why games like ss1 & 2 hd version and serious sam 3 are not available on gog croteam devs tell us why please?!
Glad this not so little gem popped up here, instabuy :)

Because there are already enough "bloody" titles, sometimes the mind need a boost.
Thanks for bringing the second game on GOG!

BreOl72: I remember playing the first one. I don't think I ever completed it.
Isn't really my cup of tea.
Same here. Felt like it started dragging on quite a bit for its own good. Think I played through like 66-75% of it, but just dropped it one day and never felt the need to finish it. The philosophical mumbo-jumbo also really didn't grab me that much. I'm not opposed to puzzle games with stories, but something like Magrunner for example grabbed me way more.

So will be skipping TP2. Now if Croteam wants my money, put Serious Sam 3 here. Hell, I will buy 5 extra copies and put them into the community giveaway if they do.

First game was 6.5GB and this one has jumped to 78.6GB!! Surely this has to be a typo?

Might have to do with differnt publishers for these titles (e.g. SS2 being published by 2K/Take 2 instead of Devolver)

The excuse for SS 3 was that it was too "intertwined" with Steam and that taking it out would be too much work for it to be worth it. It was mentioned on the now defunct Serious Sam forums IIRC by one of the devs. I call BS on that because even though I do have it on Steam, my pirated version works perfectly fine too, even with the Steam Workshop mods. If pirates could do it in a couple of days at most, that excuse really does not check out.

SS 2 digital version was published by Devolver on Steam, it was only the physical one which was done by 2K. So that shouldn't be the reason. No idea what the blocker there is.

EDIT:
They made a statement in 2020 about SS 3 on the Steam forums regarding the game not coming to GOG:
https://steamcommunity.com/app/41070/discussions/0/4633595582109389475/

I might bump the thread in relation to the TP2 release and see if anything happens.

EDIT 2:
Also, game specific forums for Serious Sam 3 and 2 briefly appeared on the GOG forums some time ago. Although they were quickly removed again. Whether it was an error or a glimpse of the future, no way to know.
