The Surge is now available DRM-free. Get it up to 70% off until August 16th, 1pm UTC.

Welcome to CREO, the megacorporation saving our world! A catastrophic event has knocked you out during the first day on the job… you wake up equipped with a heavy-grade exoskeleton, in a destroyed section of the complex. Robots gone haywire, insane augmented co-workers and rogue AI - everything wants you dead.
Cool

blotunga: Wow, looks great, but the Augmented Edition is only 50% off. With the backlog and little time to play, to the wishlist it goes.
That's because all the DLCs with their current discount amount to about 50%. So if you want all the DLCs plus the game get the Augmented Edition, otherwise just get the base game.
Great game I say. Grab it folks, excelent price here.
Is the gameplay similar to Dead Space?

I'm OCD about having my games complete. So I want the Augmented Edition. And with the little time I have playing, I can wait for a steeper discount (about 66% where things start to get interesting for me in most cases)
Great news!
Βought! :-)
Wow, thanks a lot for bringing it here Focus Home and GOG team! Wishlisted. I wish you could also add ObsCure games.
Does the game allow to player to save at any time?
The Surge on GOG????? Now that is something I did NOT expect. I got this game in a box (Steam version). And I had some good fun with it. It was only the base game, but it was still pretty good.

$10 is a very good price for anyone interested in a sci-fi like Souls clone.

EDIT:
And as people said, that means Focus Home is open to putting more of their games here. Bring the Styx games and Of Orcs & Men here ASAP. Also Bound by Flame. And The Technomancer. And Space Hulk. EVERYTHING!!! :O

It autosaves almost constantly iirc.
Happy to see another Focus Home game make its way here. Personally I'm awaiting the releases of A Plague Tale and their Call of Cthulhu game. Also, for any Focus Home employees reading, I still want to see Vampyr get achievement support on GOG.

But does it allow the player to do a manual save? How many autosaves does it keep?

no manual saves possible.

"There’s no manual save option in the game, but you can rest assured with the knowledge that the game will record all of your progress aggressively as you continue playing. However, to be absolutely safe, make sure to exit the game safely and properly when you want to stop. Head into your options menu and select the option to exit the game to ensure that no data corruption occurs. If you want to be absolutely sure that the game has saved your progress, the best way to do this is to rest at a nearby medbay before quitting out."

WOW!

I didn't expect this game on GOG!
I was testing it via Origin Premier.

Keep 'em coming!!

I hope to see The Surge 2 here too!
Thanks GOG and FHI! Hope for further cooperation and the release of more games here.

P.S. But, I just note that at such price it will be difficult to sell the game in my "price region".
It seems to me that having set such a price here they lose more than earn. I mean, by conditionally lowering the price for example by 2 times, they could get sales 10 times more, which would ultimately bring more profit.
Do not pay any attention, just thinking out loud.
