Happy hunting!
Technical difficulties? It's the code wizards or the server gnomes? Either way, give 'em a waggon of donuts, that'll do.
Damn, I appear to have missed the fun of dozens of free copies?

Oh well, I'll be happy if I can just get my one free copy...

BAM there it is
The lack of communication has been a bit of a sore spot, but I hope each new feature rollout makes massive delays like this less likely going forward.

I'm not sure how I'll feel about Final Cut. IIRC, it has level scaling, which I loathe. VH1 and 2 were great and worth what I paid for all three, so I've been a little apathetic about the Final Cut delay, but I do understand the frustration that had built around this release.
It's about time it got here. I'm glad it's finally here... I guess... But this series/company has left a really bad taste in my mouth. I bought all three games when they were first released on GOG because the Final Cut was supposed to come out soon after (in October). It's now 8 months later. To add salt to the wound, it would have been cheaper to buy just the first game back then and get the current loyalty discount.

I actually did play all of the first and part of the second game. The first was decent but extremely buggy. Gotta love how the final boss got stuck in the ceiling part way through the battle, requiring starting (the battle) over. The second game was even more buggy and less fun. I got bored/annoyed and gave up at that point. Overall, the characters, story, and visuals were pretty good but the combat, gameplay, and amount of bugs left a lot to be desired. Right now I would not recommend this game (or company), especially considering how many other better ARPGs are out there (Grim Dawn, Victor Vran, Titan Quest, Torchlight 2, etc.). At the moment, the Van Helsing series is among my top 3 regretted GOG purchases.
Hey guys,

Just a quick and happy update: the loyalty discounts are BACK IN PLACE!

Apologies for the hiccup and slay away!

I've tried hitting purchase multiple times, it cycles then doesn't do anything. I remain on the purchase confirmation page. I think there may still be an issue with it.

I'm glad I'm not the only one having an issue. It makes me feel less like it's something I'm doing wrong. I hope it gets fixed soon. :)
