Explore the isolated moors of rural Victorian England as you uncover the mysteries of Hob's Barrow. The answers lie in the soil...
Genre: Adventure
Discount: 10% off until 5th October 2022, 1 PM UTC
I'm guessing the discount is until the 5th of October not September :p. This game used to be called Incantamentum so if you played the demo for that game then you have some idea of what to expect.
If not Wadjet Eye + Cloak and Dagger make this a must-play for point and click fans.
This looks awesome. Can't wait to play it.

YES!!! More, keep up the point and click adventure releases! There's still some rather notable ones missing *coughreturntomonkeyislandcough*.

The trailer doesn't look good, especially in terms of graphics and sound. Yet, since the game is published by Wadjet Eye, I'll keep an open mind.

Correct! Fixed, thanks :)

So there ARE still real people at GOG. Given the amount of bugs lately and the lack of creative news announcdements I got the the impression that GOG was turned over to crapbot from support :)

On topic: It is Wadjet Eye ... I am already convinced.
Wadjet Eye always piques my interest!

These games usually nail an immersive atmosphere.
Not the excavation of Hob's Knob?

No!, because that would be taking the biscuit...
Why is the base price higher here than the other store for UK customers? GOG, your regional pricing is drunk again.

Is the pricing a mistake or a weird decision on the part of the publisher?

EDIT: I asked Dave Gilbert of Wadjet Eye and he said he didn't specify either price - both GBP (£) prices are automatic ones arrived at by the stores.
So again I ask GOG why they are arbitrarily charging me more than "the other store"?
It's only a small difference for the UK price but I know people in Brazil suffer a much bigger difference (e.g. as much as 3x).
On price conversions that are set by you, you really should be at least price-matching the other store on a region by region basis otherwise it makes you look ridiculous.

I know, I'm a week or 2 away from giving the "War Supply Pack" dlc for "Atom RPG: Trudograd" a one star review and warn Linux users to stay away based on a broken download link I reported 2 weeks ago (in the forums and to support).

I'm not longer confident that this will get resolved at all and it is just a broken link. I'm sure low level employees are not to blame, but it is a sad state of affairs for the gog platform.

Otherwise, waiting for more reviews for this game, but it looks like a winner.

It is more expensive in Euro on GOG (approx 2 Euros) than it is on Steam as well ... but I don't expect to receive any answer as to why from GOG. Usually these are things they don't discuss with outsiders (aka paying customers) at all.
