Frostyfirefly: I agree, I was pretty happy when I saw GOG bringing out all sorts of erotic games, with patches that are not available on Steam; this is a step back :-/

TheGrimLord: Good lord, it's an extra step that will take you two seconds. You just go to Kagura's site and get the patch there for free. By the way, Kagura also posts these a few days to a week before GOG does on their site, which is also DRM-Free. Also, if you want to directly support Kagura, buy from their site. Obviously GOG takes a cut here.
I still prefer to have all of my games and patches in a single place or two; I guess three places is my limit XD

Not the point, every other KG game has their respective patch here on GOG so The Dead End should have its respective patch here as well regardless of the games content.

Its already a 18+ game with its proper tags and warnings, it is a work of fiction and as such should have no issues being here on GOG.

I agree about the part where it is unnecessary to not have the patch here, but it's really just a download without the need to register or anything it's no big deal.
I'm not sure if it is even moral choice by GOG might have to do with Poland.

It depends. The Seed of the Dead patch is required to be downloaded every time the game is updated. Pretty annoying and much less convenient than hosting the patch on Gog. Don’t know if it’s the same with Kagura games. Still gonna pick up The Dead End soon though.
Any idea how long the gameplay time could be?
i usually check it on howlongtobeat but don't know if they will ever mention times there for games with adult content especially that are made with rpg maker.

They do. The Rance games are there. But I dunno about RPG Maker games.
The GOG API does show an unrated DLC for this game, not sure why it's not gone live:

Well i don't know how it works but a rpg maker game like vampires dawn series does have time on howlongtobeat since it's immensly popular.
But then again i don't see some other rpg maker games there with time on it.
Also i do know that Dungeon Town i am playing here is supposed to take somewhere 30 hours i think and am at 25 hours almost but not mentioned on howlongtobeat.

Edit: guess VNDB or otherwise called Visual Novel Database also has info on some such games

I still need to play that, looked intriguing. Damn, 25 hours.

Yes dungeon town is very good for a rpg maker game it's not your basic assets and mapping with this game and i like the characters and events there though a lot of words.
Hope we can get the DLC too someday if it sells well enough.

Also about this game The Dead End i don't know why no unrated DLC but it's easier to get it on Kagura then i don't mind as long as it's possible to get it.

It's definitely easier to get there. Some you just may have to go to Kagura and pickup.

Maybe Gog forgot to push the DLC and release it? Wouldn’t surprise me. I already sent a support ticket, but maybe a blue can poke the Gog staff and see what’s going on?
Funny thing is, that DLC (available on the developer's store) is 4 GIGs large, while the game itself is only 1 GIG large. So MUCH was cut down for the "normal all ages" version.

This is because what is cut out is a bunch of webm files, animations, same animation over in multiple files but characters have different pigment/color of skin or different species.

Well, if you delve into it yourself you'll see what i mean.

I can see the problem for gog to host some of the adult content patches for contrys that have a reputation of banning that stuff or contreversial content.
Australia comes to mind.
So letting people getting the patch from another site migth be a way to skirt that problem a bit
