GOG.com: We’ve teased you with this title for some time now.
All the fans of Netflix series and the classic movie from Jim Henson will be more than pleased to know that Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics is now available DRM-free on GOG.COM. Lead the small unit of partisan Gelflings against the oppressive Skeksis across more than 50 turn-based tactics RPG battles.
GameRager: Nice(I love the film)...but LOL at these blurbs on the store page:
"With 15 playable characters, including familiar faces from the classic film and the new Netflix original series, build your own teams and devise winning strategies to
overthrow the rule of the Skeksis and restore light to the Gelfling homeworld of Thra!"
"
Unite the Gelfling tribes and drive the rebellion to success, or defeat..."
As per the above, if the game is based as a SEQUEL to the original film or in an alternate timeline/etc, that seems plausible....but if it's set BEFORE it....well let's just say I cannot help but chuckle, having seen the film many times.

Crosmando: Woah Jim Henson Company, the masters of physical-effects puppetry, though I didn't know they got into video games.
GameRager: They likely did what many film/tv companies & ip holders did before: Hire a third party company to make a game for them. :)

gamesfreak64: Anyway, win7 has just past away and it is already 'buried' ?
GameRager: Likely the game will still run on Win7...they just cannot officially list it or support it....though to be safe i'd ask others more in the know before buying(if you have Win7 and might want to buy this game).
ah like that :D i get it , well then it is obvious i won't take a risk unless it reads win7 , since demos are pretty rare , now and then a few have a demo, demo's are a must imho, playing a demo tells more about the game then a few videos , it also shows if and how well it runs, provided it is a beta demo and not a alpha.
Anyway, soon win7 games wont be developed anylonger , which is logical ,the only positive is saving lots of money i normally spend on buying games, GG ( gamersgate) still has no paysafe support , it was removed a while ago and would likely return so far nothing, so i already save much euros at GG, Steam will soon be having less win7 games aswell, which will also save me a huge amount of cash spending there.
